The Diploma in the Montessori Method of English Language Teaching
This is a forty hour programme is suited to those teaching English to children within the age ranges of 3-7 years of age.
The course consists of four modules and covers the following topics.
Course Contents
- The history and background to the Montessori approach
- How young learners acquire language
- How to successfully teach English as a second or other language to young children
- Practical ideas and materials for teaching including phonics
- Lesson planning
