Tim Simmons - Course Director
Tim has been a teacher and trainer since 1980. He taught in schools and universities in the Middle East for ten years before returning to Britain to take up teacher training. His area of special interest is in e-learning. Tim enjoys opera and is a founder member of his local operatic society

Tony Peek- Course Tutor
Tony is based at a state college on the South Coast of England where he teaches all levels. When he is not teaching or tutoring for LTTC he is often to be found on the rugby pitch, in the recording studio creating his popular music and songs for use in the EFL classroom

Samantha Mallow - Course Tutor
Sam has taught in the UK, Japan, South Korea and China. She is particularly interested in developing materials for teaching Young Learners of English. She enjoys oriental cooking and salsa dancing. In her quieter moments Sam can be found playing and teaching the piano.

Jake White - Course Tutor
Jake spent 4 years teaching in South America where he was able to travel widely. He has also taught in the UK, Thailand and Spain .His academic interests include developing strategies to aid learners improve their pronunciation, particularly stress and intonation. His hobbies include Thai boxing and snowboarding.

Diane Thompson - Course Tutor
Diane's first teaching post was in Italy teaching Business English. She has since taught in Hungary, Sweden and the UK and was co-author of the LTTC Diploma in Teaching Business English . When away from the classroom, she loves looking after her New Forest Pony, Chelsea
